Q2. Why do I have to do the Prehab Trainer™ - Axial Skeleton before I pursue Pilates Matwork Teacher Certification?
As a Fitness professional/Movement teacher, it is important to be able to teach and assess proper movement patterns of your client. This course provides the needed foundation for understanding the joints, muscles and biomechanics involved, contraindications and modifications.
Q3. What are the fees?
The course fee is $699. The theory exam fee is $100 which is waived for all first time students.
Q4. What do I get from passing the theory exam?
Upon completion of the course and passing the theory exam, you will be certified with Prehab Trainer™ - Axial Skeleton. This will allow you to pursue the Pilates Matwork Teacher’s Certification.
Q4. Why online?
Having delivered courses for the past 8 years, and also attending many external courses, we found that attendees face the challenge of absorbing and understanding new information packed over 2 full days. And where English is not the first language of the learner, there is an additional challenge to understand what the presenter is talking about.
Pre-recorded lectures mean you can pause, rewind, repeat to catch details that you might miss in a live lecture setting; avoiding that “information overload” as you can take breaks when needed. So we believe that this is the best way yet to deliver our Prehab Trainer™ - Axial Skeleton program.
- Absorb and understand the material at your own pace, avoiding “information overload”
- Not miss a detail while trying to take notes as the presenter is speaking
- Rewind and replay to get the most out of the material
- Those of whom English is not their first language
Q5. What other support will I receive?
In order to prepare for your online assessment, BodyTree Academy will organise group revision sessions with a BTA educator, you may ask questions then. For administrative matters, please reach out to Tabitha ([email protected])
